The reception for both Mahlstede Packages includes the Speer Room and the South Patio of the Mahlstede Building. The Mahlstede Building was built in 1995, the first building built at Reiman Gardens.

  • Onsite facility access from 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM on day-of event; includes time for setup, decorating, vendor deliveries, ceremony, reception, and clean-up.
  • Customized Indoor Room Layout for your wedding reception space. Tables and chairs within indoor reception area are included and setup by RG staff, prior to your arrival.
  • Use of South Patio
  • Wireless internet
  • One hour rehearsal walk-through, scheduled in advance
  • *Mahlstede Wedding Package also includes access to the Green Room and Classroom from 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (only available with Mahlstede Wedding Package).
  • Additional Bistro Table Sets– $10 fee per additional bistro table set. Includes 1 bistro table and four chairs. RG staff will setup on Rust Events Plaza. Subject to availability.
  • High Top Cocktail Tables– $5 fee per additional cocktail table. RG staff will setup in reception location (Main Events Hall or Rust Events Plaza. Subject to availability.
  • Outdoor Bench– $5 fee per outdoor bench. Measures 6ft x 2ft. Seats 3 adults/bench. Fee applies to any bench moved into or out of the ceremony location. Limited availability.
  • Ceremony Chairs– $1 fee per ceremony chair. White, plastic folding chair. Includes setup and tear down by RG staff. Limited availability.
  • Portable Speaker– $30 fee per speaker. Available with or without corded microphone. Limited availability.
  • Green Room Rental– $25. 7.4’ x 11.8’ Changing Room. Room includes 2 chairs, table, mirror, and garment rack. $100 for 0 – 4 hours; $200 for 4 – 8 hours. Limited availability.
